Usage

{{split section|Title|Talk:Discussion}}

"Title" represents the title for the proposed new page, and "Discussion" is a link to the discussion thread on the talk page of the article for the proposed split. The example above produces:

It has been suggested that this section be split into a new page titled Title. (Discuss)

Of course, the page "Title" already exists.

This template will add tagged articles to Category:Articles to be split and Category:Article sections to be split.
