The Tangier City Center is a bold new project in Tangier, Morocco. It will become the new center of the city, featuring modern business facilities and shopping centers.

The Tangier City Center will be located next to the new train station, "Tanger Ville". It will face the Tangier Bay and is also located near the MohammedV-avenue wich is the city's entertainment center. It will include offices, shopping centers, and apartments/condos. ^[1]

The project will cost around 900 million Dirhams (89 million Euros). It's estimated to create a total of 5,000 new jobs. It will cover an area of 5 hectares. It will contain offices, shopping centers, a residential area with appartments and condos. The project is due to be complete in a few years.
