[edit] EtymologyThe etymology section currently says that Toa Payoh comes from "Chinese" -- this is not specific enough. Which dialect is it from? Obviously not Mandarin, but I wouldn't know. If anyone out there has access to Savage & Yeoh, that would be a place to start. They're usually quite the authority on this, and more often than not, they're careful to be specific about these things.
