The section "A definition for stressor is" should probably be moved to the medical article on stress. It has nothing to do with the aforementioned definition.sdf I have come across the term "Stressor" used in Forensic Psychology to define an event which triggers a patient's disorder. Such as some event in a serial killer's life which sends him or her on a killing spree. Unfortunately, I don't have any sources for this information other than the TV show Criminal Minds--which I am likely to believe, but it doesn't sound like a believable source on, say, a paper. Can anyone confirm or deny this? --Epynephrin (talk) 02:33, 16 April 2008 (UTC) [edit] MergerI don't know how this page has had all this biological info on it for so long when it clearly relates to a chemical aspect...but...it needs to be merged! Desperately! — Skittleys (talk) 23:01, 15 September 2009 (UTC) |
