TV1 is an Australian cable and satellite channel available on Foxtel, Austar and Optus Television's subscription platforms.

It launched as part of the original Galaxy lineup. The channel is jointly owned by Sony International Television, Universal Studios and Paramount. The channel shows numerous sitcoms, dramas, movies and other programming. It refers to itself as 'Television's Greatest Hits'. TV1 also produces original comedy programs including the new program Stupid Stupid Man.

TV1 also operates the Australian Sci Fi Channel.

Programming is split into several themes referred to as: Afternoons, Comedy with Bite, Sci-Fi Sector, Retrorama, On the Range and Crime Time. Not all programs shown below are currently being screened. Since the launch of the Sci Fi Channel, science fiction and fantasy programming no longer airs on the channel. [3]
