Sviatlana Volnaya (en: Svetlana Volnaya) (born April 4, 1979 in Minsk, Belarusian Soviet Socialist Republic, USSR) is a Belarusian women's basketball player. She plays for Fenerbahçe İstanbul as guard and forward position. She is 187 cm tall and 72 kg weights. She is transferred for Fenerbahçe İstanbul[1] from Dynamo Moscow. She played with 12,3 points, 4,4 rebounds and 1,2 assists per game with Dynamo Moscow last year in Women Euroleague competition.[2]
She also played for WNBA team New York Liberty and RUOR Minsk (Belarus), TermoCarispe La Spezia (Italy), Villeneuve-d’Ascq (France), COB Calais (France), NKK Szolnok (Hungary), Dexia W Namur (Belgium), USK Praha (Czech Republic) and Dynamo Moscow (Russia) in professional basketball and Virginia (U.S.) in college basketball.
