Susan Kelly (born February 15, 1938 in Oklahoma) is an American model and actress. She is best known for being Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for its May 1961 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by Frank Bez.

Susan is of Cherokee, French and Irish ancestry. She studied education at the University of Oklahoma and became an English teacher.

She later pursued a brief acting career, after being discovered by producer Albert Zugsmith.
