Stuart Allan Gray (born May 27, 1963, in the Panama Canal Zone, Panama) is an American/Panamanian former professional basketball player.

Gray attended University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and was selected with the 29th overall pick in the 1984 NBA Draft by the Indiana Pacers. He played with them for five seasons before moving on to the Charlotte Hornets (1989-90) and New York Knicks (1990-91). A 7'0" center, he holds career averages of 2.3 points and 2.6 rebounds per game.

Prior to going to UCLA, Gray attended John F. Kennedy High School in Granada Hills, California and graduated in 1981.

Gray played internationally for the Panama national basketball team.
