Steven W. Bailey (born July 1, 1971, in San Diego, California) is an American actor. Steven Bailey attended Meadowdale High School in Lynnwood, Washington. He also is a graduate of American Conservatory Theatre's Advanced training Program in San Francisco, California.

Steven is best known for taking on the character of Steve Williams in the TV show My Big Fat Obnoxious Fiance in 2004, and for playing the recurring character of Joe on Grey's Anatomy.

Bailey has also appeared in many commercials.

Steven W. Bailey also had a guest spot on the television series Angel. He played the character Ryan in an episode Carpe Noctem.

He married Anneliese Boies on June 1, 2002.
