Steve Hunt is an american jazz pianist.

Hunt attended Berklee College of Music in Boston. He is now an instructor there today in the piano department.^[1] He is known for his work during the 1980s in the genre of jazz fusion. He was a member of Allan Holdsworth's band and a number of his own compositions appear on Holdsworth's albums. He also worked as the touring keyboardist for fusion bassist Stanley Clarke (Return to Forever) and for fusion drummer Billy Cobham (The Mahavishnu Orchestra).^[2]

Hunt is ranked #39 on the DigitalDreamDoor.com list of the greatest fusion keyboardists of all time.^[3]

He was also a member of NRG Ensemble.^[4]
