Stanislav Karasi (Serbian Cyrillic: Станислав Караси) (born November 8, 1946 in Belgrade, SFR Yugoslavia) is a Serbian striker who played at FIFA World Cup 1974 for SFR Yugoslavia.

Born to Serbian father Ivan Karasi and Hungarian mother Adela Farkas, Karasi made his name with Red Star Belgrade, a club where he played for six years.

He is married to Mirjana Kadijević (the only child of Yugoslav general Veljko Kadijević). They have a daughter Adela.
