Saint Josephs Boys AFC (nickname: Joeys) is a youth (both boys and girls) association football club located in south County Dublin, Ireland. It caters for players from the age of 6 up to 18 years old, and enters several teams per age group in various football competitions in Ireland, such as the Dublin and District Schoolboys league (DDSL) and other relevant cups. There are approximately 800 active players in the club.

The club was founded in 1953 at its base in Sallynoggin, and players come from a wide catchment area in the south of the county and indeed from further afield.

Many young players who have developed into professionals and full internationals have gone through the ranks at Joeys. Players such as Peter Murphy, Clive Clarke, Graham Ward, Stephen Brennan, Paul McShane, Andy Keogh, Darren Meenan, Darren Forsyth, Darren Quigley, Alan Judge, Eamon Zayed, to name but a few. The club is renowned for its organisation and progressive management who cater for the sporting developmental needs of children.

The club organises and hosts the annual Hibernia Trophy which consists of teams from Ireland and countries such as England, Holland, Sweden and Japan at the U-15 level. The most recent tournament in 2008 consisted of these teams/clubs: DDSL selection, Sunderland, FC Utrecht, Trelleborgs FF, St Josephs Boys AFC, FAI selection, Izumo City and Charlton Athletic.

The club has had several links with professional clubs over the years such as Newcastle United, Charlton Athletic and Bray Wanderers.
