Spoon is a usually metal, plastic or wooden eating or cooking implement, consisting of a small oval or round shallow bowl with a handle. See also List of types of spoons. - spoon nail, or koilonychia, abnormal thinness and concavity of fingernails, occurring especially in hypochromic anemias
- spoon shovel, a long bar with a small oval inclined blade at the end, used in excavating deep narrow holes
- spoon tool, any of various more or less spoon-shaped molder's tools used for smoothing and finishing molds
- spoon-back chair, especially of the Queen Anne period, with a back curved slightly to fit the sitter's form
- spoon-bill beak or snout, expanded and spatulate at the end
- spoon-billed catfish, alternate name for paddlefish

- Spoon-billed Sandpiper, a sandpiper (Eurynorhynchus pygmeus) that is characterized by a spatulate bill and inhabits northeastern Asia
