Soundarya Rajinikanth (born 20 September 1984) is a film graphic designer, producer and director in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India who has contributed in several Tamil films. Soundarya Rajinikanth is most popularly known for her work in Anbe Aaruyire. She is the youngest daughter of movie star Rajinikanth and entrepreneur, Latha Rajinikanth. She has one elder sister named Aishwarya Dhanush, who is married to actor Dhanush.^[1]

Soundarya is also the chief executive of her recently formed film production company Ocher Studios. In 2007, Ocher Studios signed an agreement with Warner Bros. Entertainment to partner up in producing and distributing Tamil films,^[2] with their first film being Sultan The Warrior, currently being directed by Soundarya, herself, and starring her father Rajinikanth as the voice actor for the lead character, which would be based on his likeness.
