Sjoukje Rosalinde Dijkstra (born January 28, 1942 in Akkrum, Netherlands) is a former figure skater and remains a well-known figure in the Netherlands. She won the World Champion three times, the European Championships five times and has won two olympic medals. Her Olympic gold in 1964 in Innsbruck, was the first time an athlete from the Netherlands won gold at Olympic Winter Games. During her days as an amateur skater, she was known for her athletic style and was one of the few skaters who excelled in compulsories and free skating.

After 1964, she turned professional and toured with Holiday On Ice from 1964 to 1972. She became the advisor to the figure skating section of the Dutch skating federation in 1985. Currently she does commentary for Dutch television.

In 2005, she was awarded the Fanny Blankers-Koen Trophy, for her contributions to Dutch sports.
