Sister Mary Prema (née Mechthild Pierick on May 13, 1953) is the newly elected Superior General of the Missionaries of Charity of Calcutta. She will succeed Sister Nirmala Joshi who relieved herself from the position citing ill-health.

Sister Mary Prema hails from a farming community in Reken, Germany.
