Vice Admiral Sir Paul Kenneth Haddacks KCB (born October 27, 1946) is the current Lieutenant Governor of the Isle of Man. He has held the position since October 17, 2005, on appointment of HM The Queen Lord of Mann, and currently resides at Government House, in the district of Onchan in the Isle of Man. He was educated at Kingswood School, Bath from 1960 to 1964. He served in the Royal Navy from 1964 to 2004 and reached the rank of Vice-Admiral.
