Shane William Rawley (born July 27, 1955, in Racine, Wisconsin), was a Major League Baseball pitcher for the Seattle Mariners, New York Yankees, Philadelphia Phillies, and Minnesota Twins from 1978 through 1989. Rawley was selected to the National League All-Star team in 1986 as a member of the Phillies. The next year, he won a career high 17 games, leading the N.L. in games started with 36. In his Major League career, Rawley's record was 111-118, with 991 strikeouts and a 4.02 ERA.

A 1973 graduate of Racine's William Horlick High School. Rawley founded Fielder's Choice Sports Complex at I-94 and Hwy 11 in Racine. He currently owns and operates "Shaners Sports Bar and Pizzeria" in Sarasota, Florida.

He also has two sons and one daughter, Andrew, Sarah and Grant.
