Shane Edouard Haboucha (born November 27, 1990, in Los Angeles, California) is an American actor.
[edit] Early lifeHaboucha attended a Jewish private school, Tarbut V' Torah Community Day School, until the eighth grade, and is now home-schooled. [edit] Acting careerHaboucha was discovered at ProScout and started acting in commercials in Texas. He became well-known after his appearance in the 2003 music video of the Fountains of Wayne song "Stacy's Mom," in which he plays a 12-year-old boy who is infatuated with the mother of Stacy, one of his female schoolmates. As a result of the video's popularity, Haboucha was cast in guest appearances on several television series, including The O.C., The Bernie Mac Show, Judging Amy, Everwood, ER, That's So Raven, Monk, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and Without a Trace. He also performed the voice of the boy Superman in Justice League Unlimited episode "Kid Stuff" and Billy Batson, the young alter ego of superhero Captain Marvel in the episode "Clash." Haboucha played David Carver in the ABC television mini-series Desperation, which aired in May 2006. He recently played Dick Grayson in the direct-to-video Justice League: The New Frontier.
