Scott Fellows (Born on September 28, 1959 - ) is an American television writer and producer. He is officially well-known as the creator and executive producer of Nickelodeon's Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide and the former Cartoon Network's Johnny Test. Fellows had been previously working as a staff writer for the second, third and fourth seasons of The Fairly OddParents and was even nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Music and Lyrics for that show, his earlier writing credits also include more or some episodes of Weinerville, U to U, 100 Deeds for Eddie McDowd and the Disney TV cartoon, Doug. His latest project for Nickelodeon, "Big Time Rush" is already in production. He was also the creator and developer of the two now-defunct Cartoon Network shows, which were The Cartoon Network's Tom and Jerry Show and The Moxy Show.[1] [edit] External links
