Samurai Invest, is a multinational consortium headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, operating mainly in the investment sector in Northern and Eastern Europe. The aim is to find the perfect mix of companies that deliver good profit and dividend and companies with a potential growth. All the investments are made through own equity.

The founders of the consortium are people with a background within the financial sector. The consortium was founded in the beginning of 2008 and the first investments were made within the fat process industry and biotech. There is also a substantial investment within a large construction company. During 2009 there have been investments within the IT-consulting industry and within an oil-company.

As of early 2009, the consortium claims to have significant liquidity available for new investments and the plan is to be fully invested before mid-2009. In September 2009 Samurai Invest has opened an office in Sofia, Bulgaria and there are plans to open a filial in Canada also.
