[edit] Professional career

[edit] Buffalo Bills

Aiken while with the Bills in November 2006

Primarily a special teams player, Aiken made his mark covering kicks and punts on one of the league's best special teams units. However, he played a limited role on offense, and because he was in the last year of his contract it was rumored that he would be released for someone who could make a larger impact on offense.[citation needed] The Bills allowed him to enter the free agent market without effort.[citation needed]

[edit] New England Patriots

On March 3, 2008, Aiken signed with the New England Patriots.[1]
