Sally Sheffield (born June 17, 1941 in Brooklyn, New York) was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for the May 1969 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by Pompeo Posar.

Sally studied psychology and music at Wellesley College and lived in Israel on a kibbutz for a short time. She can speak French and Hebrew; her hobbies included music, cooking and horseback riding, in which she excelled. (She was considered one of best 10 rides in New York City's National WHorse Show when she was just 16.)
