Sally Sarell (born June 25, 1938 in Ashtabula, Ohio) was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for the March 1960 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by Louis Capuccine.

She spent part of her youth on a farm in Finland and attended Ohio State University. In the past, Sally has worked as a lifeguard, swimming instructor, secretary, and fashion model.
