'Sadia Imam is a Pakistani TV actress and a model in commercials, catwalks and musicals. She is the sister of actress and comedian Aliya Imam and started her career in the early 90's in a negative role. The Pakistani public loved her and she became an instant hit. Since then Sadia Imam has worked in major leading roles with big stars and under famous production companies. She has starred opposite every famous leading actor in Pakistan.

She comes from Islamabad. She started doing radio shows from Islamabad when she was in sixth grade. When her sister, Aliya Imam, started doing TV plays, that's when Sadia was discovered. And surprisingly enough the one to spot her was a Karachiite, the famous image-maker, Nabila. And one fine day Nabila called, and the official tele-operator of the family, as she's the youngest, Sadia answered the phone. This is when she was really discovered. In the tenth grade at the time, Sadia did her first ever shoot with Nabila and Tapu Javeri. And after one and a half years Sadia got her first break, a commercial for a tea brand that led her to the city of lights, Karachi. She says that she was only here in Karachi for three days and she has been living there since. Her first interaction with TV was through Zaheer Khan. She did Uljhan with producer Kazim Pasha for Karachi TV, and was encouraged by many to keep appearing on the screen. She was born in 1969.
