Sabiha Sumar is a Pakistani film-maker.

She directed the film Khamosh Pani (Silent Waters). The film featured in the Kara Film Festival and won a Golden Leopard award at the Locarno International Film Festival.

Her documentary films include Don't Ask Why and For a Place Under the Heavens.

She studied film-making and political science at Sarah Lawrence College in New York from 1980-83, and then read history and political thought at the University of Cambridge.
