Ryan Pore (born September 23, 1983 in Mansfield, Ohio) is an American soccer player who currently plays for Portland Timbers in the USL First Division.
[edit] Career[edit] CollegePore played college soccer at the University of Tulsa, where in 2004 he was a finalist for the Hermann Trophy, a first team All-American, and the top goal and points scorer in the nation. [edit] ProfessionalPore drafted in the second round (16th overall) of the 2005 MLS SuperDraft by the Kansas City Wizards[1], and spent the next three years with the MLS side, playing in 58 league games and talling three goals. He was released by the Kansas City Wizards after the 2008 season and, following an unsuccessful trial with MLS expansion franchise Seattle Sounders FC, signed with the Portland Timbers of the USL First Division on March 12, 2009.[2] [edit] PersonalPore is married to Ashley Pore (Glenn). They were married December 15, 2007 in Mansfield, Ohio at St. Johns United Church Of Christ. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys watching Cleveland sports teams and playing video games.
