Ryan Cordeiro (born May 6, 1986 in Highland Mills, New York) is an American soccer player who currently plays for Real Maryland Monarchs in the USL Second Division.

Cordeiro attended Monroe-Woodbury High School and played college soccer at the University of Connecticut.[1][2] He was named to the All-Big East Third Team as a sophomore in 2005, was a All-Big East Honorable Mention as a junior in 2006, while in 2007 as a senior he was his team's co-captain, started all of the team's 24 games, and was named to the NSCAA All-Northeast Second Team and the All- Big East Second Team. He finished his career at UConn with 18 goals and 19 assists in 84 matches.

Cordeiro was drafted in the third round (33rd overall) in the 2008 MLS SuperDraft by D.C. United, and made seven MLS appearances in his debut professional season, tallying one assist in 207 minutes. He played extensively in the MLS Reserve Division for D.C.'s reserve squad, and made two starts during the club's successful U.S. Open Cup title run.

Cordeiro was released by D.C. United in December 2008, and subsequently signed for the Real Maryland Monarchs of the USL Second Division in April, 2009.
