Ryan Atkins is an English professional rugby league footballer who plays for the Warrington Wolves of Super League.Started his playing days With Bramley Phoenix Rugby Union An England international representative three-quarter, he previously played for the Bradford and Wakefield Trinity clubs.
The England international had an excellent season with the Wildcats in 2006, scoring 9 tries in 19 games after moving on loan from the Bradford Bulls. He was an integral part of the 2006 Federation Shield winning side.
The young centre has recently signed an improved three-year deal, after only signing from the Bradford Bulls midway through the 2006 season.
He has been named in the England training squad for the 2008 Rugby League World Cup.[3]
Signed for Warrington Wolves on a three year deal in September 2009, following Richie Myler from Salford City Reds.
Atkins played for Warrington in the 2010 Challenge Cup Final victory over the Leeds Rhinos.[4]
