Royal Rumble (2003) was the sixteenth annual Royal Rumble professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). The event took place on January 19, 2003 at the Fleet Center in Boston, Massachusetts.

The main event was the Royal Rumble match, which Brock Lesnar won by last eliminating The Undertaker to win the match. Lesnar defeated The Big Show earlier in the night to qualify into the Royal Rumble match. Featured matches on the undercard were Kurt Angle versus Chris Benoit for the WWE Championship and Triple H versus Scott Steiner for the World Heavyweight Championship.
