Rosie Marcel (born 6 May 1977 in Roehampton, South West London) is an English actress most notable for her role as Ms Naylor in Holby City.

Marcel is best known for her role as Jac Naylor in the BBC medical drama, Holby City. She will be recognisable to fans of ITV1 cop show The Bill. She guest starred in over twenty episodes as a gangster's wife who has an affair with SGT Dale Smith. She has a sister, Kelly, who is also an actress and her father, Terry Marcel, is a director. Marcel married Assistant Director Scott Bunce on 21 February 2004. They met whilst working together on the ITV drama, The Vice. Rosie is a black belt in karate.

On 9 August 2009, it was announced that Marcel will take time off filming in September to do a charity trek in Romania's Carpathian Mountains.
