The Roman Catholic Diocese of Grand Rapids is a diocese of the Roman Catholic Church in western Michigan, in the United States. It comprises 102 churches in Ottawa, Kent, Ionia, Muskegon, Newaygo, Oceana, Montcalm, Mecosta, Lake, Mason, and Osceola counties in Michigan.

The prelate of the diocese is the bishop. On June 21, 2005, more than a year after the death of the previous bishop, Kevin Britt, Pope Benedict XVI named Walter A. Hurley the eleventh Bishop of Grand Rapids. Hurley was installed on August 4.

The Diocese of Grand Rapids was created by Pope Leo XIII on May 19, 1882. The mother church is the Cathedral of Saint Andrew.
