Rollin' (Air Raid Vehicle) is a song by the nu metal band Limp Bizkit from their album Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water. It was released as the second single along with "My Generation". It is the band's only number 1 song in the UK, a position it maintained for three weeks.

It was parodied as "Posin'" on the television series MADtv [1], and was listed on VH1's list of the 50 Most Awesomely Bad Songs. It was also listed as #4 in Blender magazine's list of the 50 Worst Songs Ever. [2] Despite that, many felt it to be their signature work during the time period the song came out in, but have fallen out of favor with it in recent times.

"Rollin' (Air Raid Vehicle)" is well known among World Wrestling Entertainment fans as the "Dead Man Mix," which was the entrance theme for The Undertaker from December 2000 to mid-2002 and again for WrestleMania XIX in 2003 where it was performed live.

"Rollin' (Urban Assault Vehicle)" produced by Swizz Beatz, is also featured on the Chocolate Starfish album, it is a remix of "Rollin' (Air Raid Vehicle)" that features hip-hop artists DMX, Redman and Method Man.

The song is played at Calgary Hitmen Games after they score a goal. Former St. Louis Cardinals third baseman Scott Rolen used the song as his walk up music. It is the theme song for the video game NHL Hitz 2002. It is also featured in the movie The Fast and the Furious.[3]

A campaign to get Rollin' to the 2010 Christmas number one spot is underway, with many hoping that the single will achieve the same success as Killing In the Name by Rage Against The Machine did in December 2009.

[edit] Music video

The music video was filmed at the World Trade Center in New York. In the beginning, Ben Stiller and Stephen Dorff give Fred Durst the keys to their Bentley Azure. Durst then rolls down the street in the car along with his band mates. The song Ben Stiller is playing at the beginning is "My Generation" from the same album. The video also features scenes of Fred Durst with 5 girls dancing in a room.

It received the award for Best Rock Video at the 2001 MTV Video Music Awards. The band received a letter from the World Trade Center the day before the Twin Towers were destroyed, thanking them for featuring the towers in the video.[4]
