Rohit Bal is a New Delhi, India based fashion designer. He designs for men and women, and has bridal and evening collections in addition to day-wear and ready-to-wear. Rohit started his career with his brother Rajeev Bal at A-6 Amrit Nagar South Extn Part One New Delhi Pincode 110049 India in 1986, and started his own first independent collection in 1990. Today, his masterpieces are sold at $15,000 and above.^[1]

Rohit Bal is a fashion designer from the beautiful valley of Kashmir. Rohit Bal was born in Kashmir. He moved to Delhi and did his graduation from St. Stephens College He was always passionate about designs. With the urge of learning more about designs, he joined National Institute of Fashion Technology, where he learned the art of fashion from cutting to stitching. Initially Rohit worked with his brother's export company but later, he created his independent line of garments. His initial creation was traditional men's wear. Too often Rohit is called as “Bad Boy” of the India Fashion Industry. His sophisticated designs integrate both traditional and modern worlds. His creative gestures are well reflected in this designs.

Some of his clients include celebrities like Uma Thurman, Cindy Crawford, Pamela Anderson, Naomi Campbell and Anna Kournikova.^[2][3]

Most of the Rohit Bal's fashion shows in India, New York, Paris, and Singapore are sponsored by The Swatch Group, and he is the brand ambassador for their Omega Watches, since 2001.
