Rocky Calmus (born August 1, 1979 in Tulsa, Oklahoma) is a free agent American football linebacker who most recently played for the Indianapolis Colts.

Calmus is one of several players to reach professional status from the highly successful football program at Jenks High School in Oklahoma. There, he was a star linebacker and running back on a team ranked #3 in nation and at the start of a run to six straight Oklahoma class 6A championships.

Calmus was a consensus All-American during his senior and junior seasons, unanimous All-Big 12 Conference first-team selection as a senior and junior and first-team All-Big 12 honors during his sophomore year at the University of Oklahoma, where he also won Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year as a junior and senior.

He also won the Butkus Award his senior season at OU.

He was drafted in the 2002 NFL Draft by the Tennessee Titans.
