Robert Wainwright (born December 27, 1983 in Vallejo, California, United States) is a Filipino-American professional basketball player who currently plays for the Philippine Patriots in the Asean Basketball League. He was drafted by Shell in 2000.

After Shell disbanded, Wainwright played for the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters from 2006 to 2009 and averaged 18.8 ppg. He was recently instrumental in transforming the team from PBA's perennial doormats to semifinal contenders.
