Urr Water or River Urr (arc. River Orr) is a river in southwest Scotland.

Entirely within Dumfries and Galloway the Urr Water flows southwards from Loch Urr and enters the Solway Firth at Rough Firth. The principal settlement on the river is Dalbeattie.
