Richard "Rich" Costanzo (born February 17, 1986 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) is an American soccer player who currently plays for Minnesota Thunder in the USL First Division.

Costanzo attended Thomas Jefferson High School in Pittsburgh, where he was a two-time NSCAA All-American, a two-time regional All-American, and was twice named the WPIAL Player of the Year. He played college soccer at Pennsylvania State University and at the University of Maryland, College Park, being named the Big Ten's Freshman of the Year at Penn State in 2005, and winning the NCAA Division I Championship with Maryland in 2008.

Having not been drafted by Major League Soccer Costanzo signed with Minnesota Thunder on February 26, 2009[1]. He made his professional debut on April 11, 2009, as a second half substitute in Minnesota's 2009 season-opening game against the Carolina RailHawks.[2]
