Ravi Varman is a cinematographer in Kollywood, the tamil film based industry in South India. He has worked with Gautham Menon, S. Shankar and K. S. Ravikumar. He has held the camera for Vettaiyadu Villaiyadu, Anniyan, Dasavatharam and Villu.

He is currently directing his first venture, Moscowin Kaveri. This is a romance with a few autobiographical elements thrown in for good measure.
