Rashanda McCants (born November 17, 1986) is an American professional basketball player in the WNBA, currently playing for the Minnesota Lynx.

Her brother is Rashad McCants of the NBA's Sacramento Kings.

McCants played for Asheville High School in Asheville, North Carolina, where she was named a WBCA All-American.^[1] She participated in the 2005 WBCA High School All-America Game where she scored twenty-seven points, and earned MVP honors.^[2]^[3]
