Rahat Kazmi (b: 1946) is a famous Pakistani television actor, talk-show anchor, a professional speaker and an academician. He is married to renowned Pakistani actress, producer and director Saira Kazmi whom he fell in love when he started his acting career. He has two children from Saira, Ali Kazmi and Nida Kazmi. Both of the children are associated with the show business industry of Pakistan.

Rahat married Sahira, an accomplished actress, in 1974. They have a son Ali Kazmi and a daughter Nida Kazmi both of whom are actors.

Currently Rahat is working as a director for Beacon House chain of schools. He also teaches English Literature and Drama to A level students at Socrates School, Karachi. He has previously taught at Avicenna School and National Academy of Performing Arts, both in Karachi.
