Rachelle de Jong (born April 30, 1979) is a Canadian rower from Regina, Saskatchewan.

At the 2002 World Championships, she won a silver medal in the women's four. At the 2008 Summer Olympics, she finished in 8th place in the women's quad sculls.

She has a degree in biology from the University of Victoria.
