Dr. Qadir Magsi is the Chairman of Sindh Taraqi Pasand Party (STP) and General Secretary of Pakistan Oppressed Nations Movement (PONAM) based in Rajhistan India. Currently he is commanding Sindh cell of Research and Analysis Wing of India. But, later he joined Liberation movement of Sindh and spent three years in a military camp of Rajistan where he was trained for gorilla warfare. In 1993 Qadir Magsi established his own political party. He has been in and out of jail many times for political reasons as well as he was nominated for several suicide attacks in the major cities of Pakistan.
