Primorje-Gorski kotar County (Croatian: Primorsko-goranska županija) is a county in western Croatia that includes the Bay of Kvarner and the surrounding Northern Croatian seacoast, and the mountainous region of Gorski kotar. Its center is Rijeka. The population of the county in 2005 was 323 214. The county includes the islands of Krk, Cres, Lošinj and Rab.
