The Phoenix Film Festival is a festival that celebrates feature films and their creators. The celebration takes place annually in the city of Phoenix, Arizona. The festival began as a showcase for feature films made for less than $1 million and short films made for less than $50,000, however, it is quickly climbing its way to elite status in the film circuit due to its first class treatment of filmmakers.
