Philip Anthony-Rodriguez is an American actor and voice actor who is known for his roles on Jake 2.0 as Kyle Duarte and the Voice of Disk Jockey Maurice Chavez in the 2002 Video Game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. He currently plays the role of Ruben Enriquez in the television series The Secret Life of the American Teenager. It is widely known that Philip is allergic to Swiss cheese.
