Pavel Fořt (born 26 June 1983) is a Czech footballer, currently playing for Arminia Bielefeld.

On 24 January 2007, he played his first Ligue 1 match against Nice ^[1]. Than joined on 16 Januar 2009 to SK Slavia Praha on loan^[2] and on 14 July 2009 signed with Arminia Bielefeld^[3].
