Paulo Jorge Rebelo Duarte (born 6 April 1969) is a Portuguese football manager who is managing the Burkinabé national team. He also managed Le Mans in the French Ligue 1.^[1].

On 2 June 2009, the Burkina Faso manager signed for Le Mans on a contract lasting until June 2011 and was fired on 08 December 2009^[2]. He was coaching the Burkina Faso squad while working for Le Mans.^[3]
