Paul Rauhihi (born 3 July 1973 in Porirua, New Zealand) is a rugby league player who currently plays for the Super League club Warrington Wolves. He has also represented his country on 17 occasions. His preferred position is prop forward.

[edit] Playing career

Rauhihi's junior clubs were the Cottingham Tigers and St George club in Wellington.[3] He then joined the New Zealand Navy and played for the Northcote Tigers before becoming an Auckland Warriors junior. He played in 17 reserve grade games in 1996 and was a part of the Reserve Grade side that lost the 1997 grand final.

Rauhihi then played for the North Queensland Cowboys, Canterbury Bulldogs and the Newcastle Knights in the National Rugby League before moving to England and joining the Warrington Wolves.

In 2000 Rauhihi played for the Aotearoa Māori side in the World Cup.

Between 2002 and 2005 he played in seventeen matches for the New Zealand Kiwis, including being part of the 2005 Tri Nations squad that won the competition.
