Paul Cook is a former rugby league footballer of the 1990s who at representative level has played for England, and at club level for Leeds, Bradford Bulls, and Huddersfield Giants, playing at Fullback, Wing, Centre, or Stand-off/Five-Eighth, i.e. number 1, 2 or 5, 3 or 4, or 6.

Paul Cook won caps for England while Leeds in the 1995 Rugby League World Cup against Fiji (sub), and South Africa.[1]
